Service Description

Consultation and Logistics planning. Discuss your event needs, possible service packages and Kocktail Krew Enhancer services that will be beneficial for your event. To secure our bartending services, a signed contract along with a deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost. Clients are required to provide all relevant event details, including date, time, location, and specific service requests, at the time of booking. - The date you select on our online calendar will be the day for your initial consultation. During the call, we will discuss the following: - Event details - Location/venue information - Services you are seeking - Venue logistics Post Consultation: After the Service Consult You will receive a Service Plan and custom price quote (invoice) tailored to your needs. **Decision Period** - After receiving your custom service plan, you have 7 days to review the consultation details and decide whether to sign the service agreement. This timeframe allows you to thoroughly consider your options.

Cancellation Policy

*Reservation Confirmation: To secure our bartending services, a signed Service Agreement along with a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your total event cost. *Deposit Amount: A deposit of 50% of invoice balance is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and is essential to hold your event date. *Final Payment**: The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to the event for all booked events. *Event Details**: Clients are required to provide all relevant event details, including date, time, location, and specific service requests, at the time of booking. *Cancellation Policy: Payments made prior to cancellations are refundable, minus a cancellation fee. In all instances the Cancellation and Booking policy will be followed and upheld. For any questions regarding our booking policies, please contact us. These policies are intended to ensure clarity and for all clients. Cancellations made at least 180 days in advance for all events will be refunded excluding a $300 Cancellation fee. For All events cancelled less than 180 days, but more than 120 days before the event date will be refunded excluding a $500 Cancellation fee. Cancellations made 120 days or less before the scheduled event date will be refunded excluding a $800 Cancellation fee, due to the significant resources and time already invested in preparing for your event. *Notification of Cancellation: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official correspondence. The cancellation will be effective on the date it is confirmed received. *Rescheduling: Clients wishing to reschedule their event must notify Kocktail Krew at least 90 days prior to the original event date. We will do our best to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. *Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, inclement/severe weather etc.), Kocktail Krew reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event without liability. In such cases, we will work with clients to find a suitable alternative date. By booking with Kocktail Krew Bartending Services, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the above-stated booking and cancellation policies.
